Job Description
The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. You’ll coordinate with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to plan and execute every phase of the project. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of project management practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Communicate with clients to determine project scope and requirements
- Oversee day-to-day project operations and resolve any issues that arise
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure project alignment
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
- Excellent organizational, budgeting, and time-management abilities
