Concrete Laborer

As a Concrete Laborer, you’ll be responsible for pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces on construction sites. This role involves preparing job sites, setting up forms, and handling materials. You’ll work closely with other laborers and operators to create durable, high-quality concrete structures. Physical strength, attention to detail, and an understanding of safety procedures are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Mix, pour, and spread concrete on construction sites
• Set up and dismantle concrete forms and ensure proper alignment
• Smooth and finish surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques
• Monitor curing time and take necessary steps to ensure quality finishes
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free job site

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a concrete laborer or in construction
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans
