Job Description
As an Underground Miner, you’ll work below the earth’s surface to extract valuable minerals and resources. This role involves operating heavy machinery, drilling, and blasting to access ore deposits. You’ll be responsible for following strict safety protocols and collaborating with the mining team to ensure efficient, safe operations underground.
Responsibilities:
- Operate mining equipment to drill, blast, and remove minerals
- Support shaft and tunnel construction as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and emergency protocols
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance and report malfunctions
